Senior Full Stack Developer

Overview:

  • Lead a team of full-stack developers in building modern web applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Architect, design, and implement scalable backend services using Python and Node.js.
  2. Build responsive and dynamic front-end interfaces using React.js.
  3. Design and manage complex database schemas and queries using PostgreSQL.
  4. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality products.
  5. Review code for quality, maintainability, and performance.
  6. Guide team members in adopting best practices in coding, testing, and DevOps.
  7. Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to mitigate and address them.
  8. Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advocate for best engineering practices.
  9. Ensure technical documentation and architectural diagrams are well maintained.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in Python and Node.js for backend development.
  • Hands-on experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices.
  • Deep understanding of PostgreSQL, including performance tuning and complex query design.
  • Proficient in designing RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities with experience managing and mentoring developers.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

  • Experience with GraphQL or WebSockets.
  • Exposure to microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha, PyTest).
  • Experience with container orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
