High-Impact Backend Engineer

We're revolutionizing global agriculture using Generative AI and we want you to be part of it.

You'll build scalable systems, high-performance APIs, and data-driven products from the ground up as a Senior Backend Engineer (Python).

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and microservices.
  • Build and optimize RESTful and GraphQL APIs for high performance.
  • Leverage modern frameworks like FastAPI, Pydantic, and SQLAlchemy/Alembic to ship production-ready code.
  • Work closely with AI engineers and product teams to integrate LLMs and GenAI-driven insights.
  • Ensure security, reliability, and performance across backend services.
Your Skills and Qualifications

We need someone with 5+ years of backend development experience, expert in Python and modern frameworks:

  • FastAPI / Django / Flask
  • Pydantic for data validation & schema management
  • SQLAlchemy / Alembic for database ORM and migrations

Additional requirements include strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

Experience designing distributed systems and scalable architectures is also a plus.

Bonus points if you have familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) or AI/LLM integrations/agentic frameworks.
