Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of software engineers.
  • Oversee project execution from planning to delivery.
  • Drive engineering best practices and architecture decisions.
  • Work closely with Product, Design, QA, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback and career development support.
  • Participate in hiring processes to attract top talent.
  • Stay current with industry trends and advocate for new tools and technologies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend software development experience with strong expertise in Python and Django.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field.
  • 2+ years of people management or technical leadership experience.
  • Solid hands-on experience deploying and managing applications in AWS.
  • Proven success managing projects in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
