Senior Design Verification Engineer

Mirafra is a technology design services company with a high level of expertise in semiconductor design and embedded software development including applications.

Founded in 2004, the company has proven expertise in ASIC design from Spec to Silicon and software development end to end.

The company has a worldwide presence with its HQ in Bangalore and design or business centers in Houston, Austin, San Jose, San Diego, New Jersey, Sweden, and Singapore.

It has a strong team of semiconductor and software development engineers working with all the major tier 1 and tier 2 companies in India, the USA, Europe, and Singapore.

Competency Requirements

· Relevant experience in SOC / IP verification is required.

· Hands on Experience in any or more domain i.e. CPU verification, DDR, PCIE, Ethernet, Security modules, Amba, OVM/UVM/VMM DDR/USB/Ethernet/PCIE/Video/HDMI/MIPI/DSI/CSI/VCS is necessary.

· Strong knowledge of SV and UVM-based verification methodologies is essential.

· Formal verification experience is a plus.

· Developing test plans and procedures skills are required.

· Knowledge of automotive safety standards and their implications in design elements is necessary.

· Automotive safety verification for 1-2 years added advantage.

· Fault injection testing skills are a plus for this role.

· Solid electronics knowledge; analog, power and digital is required.

· Gate Level simulations skills are necessary.

· Excellent analytical reasoning, debugging and problem-solving skills with ability to apply it to unusual or difficult problems.

· Ability to work well with a diverse cross-functional team and varying personalities/cultures.

· Self-starter with willingness to perform a wide range of verification tasks.

· High level of interpersonal skills demonstrated ability to work independently and with others.

· Effective communication and presentation skills.
