Job Title: Agile Team Facilitator

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Agile Team Facilitator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, excellent facilitation skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining project dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensuring effective communication among team members.

Requirements:
  • 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master
  • Excellent hands-on understanding of SAFe Agile and Azure DevOps board
  • Facilitate meetings including daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective
  • Hands-on experience in developing using Azure DevOps dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs
  • Effective communication
  • Action orientation and follow-through facilitation
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile estimating and planning techniques
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting
  • Effective in removing impediments
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach, for example, numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.
  • Working in SharePoint Technology preferably SharePoint 2019 Online experience is required
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership
  • Facilitation situational awareness conflict resolution
  • Continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency
