Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Cash Management Specialist. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for acquiring new accounts from the branch catchment area and activating existing accounts.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Acquiring New Accounts: Identify and acquire new current and savings accounts from the branch catchment area through quality sourcing of salary accounts from corporates.
  • Account Activation: Activate newly opened accounts, link them with UPI, manage balances, and increase wallet share of our banking products, including insurance, mortgages, unit-linked (UL) plans, systematic investment plans (SIPs), and mutual funds.
  • Participation in Corporate Events: Participate in corporate induction and migration events around the catchment area to promote our banking services.
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams to leverage existing relationships with SMEs.
  • Marketing Activities: Conduct low-cost micro marketing activities around the catchment areas to generate leads.
