Job Summary

The role of Warehouse Operations Manager involves overseeing the coordination between store and warehouse teams, ensuring seamless execution of retail operations and last-mile delivery functions for e-commerce brands.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the warehouse, including inventory analysis, inspecting goods for damages, and reporting issues.
  • Negotiate with 3rd party logistics operators to ensure smooth supply chain management.
  • Oversee invoicing, E-waybilling, and transporter billing reconciliation to maintain financial accuracy.
  • Lead a core team of warehouse operations staff to achieve operational excellence.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 80 stores experience in handling warehouse day-to-day operations.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  3. Strong people management and cross-functional team communication skills.
  4. Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems (Vinculum) is an added advantage.
