As a detail-oriented Finance Professional, you will provide essential support to our finance team with day-to-day accounting, administrative, and secretarial tasks. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge of financial principles, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support data entry, record keeping, and maintaining financial documents.
  • Process invoices, receipts, and payments efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and company accounts accurately.
  • Keep records of customer invoices and send reminders as needed.
  • Arrange for payments from customers and follow up when required.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial reporting processes.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets effectively.
  • Provide periodic updates to management on finance activities and performance.
  • Support company secretarial work and other administrative tasks.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as required by supervisors or managers.
  • Maintain proper filing of financial documents and communicate with suppliers, clients, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
  • Knowledge of financial software like Zoho, QuickBooks, Tally.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Strong organisational, communication, and project management skills.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and make decisions accordingly.
