We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Product Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional assistance to our users, helping them overcome any challenges they may face while using our platform.

Your primary role will involve addressing user queries and concerns via email and phone calls, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and productive.
