We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to fill the role of HR Generalist.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the full recruitment cycle, from initial application to onboarding and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Supporting the full recruitment cycle, from initial application to onboarding and beyond
- Guiding candidates through their interview process with clients, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates and stakeholders, utilizing effective time management and organizational skills
- Collaborating with the team to manage various HR operations efficiently, including candidate communication, data entry, and report generation
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, demonstrating strong academic abilities and a commitment to lifelong learning
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective interaction with candidates, clients, and colleagues
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and projects
- Proactive in sharing updates and supporting the team, fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment
- Strong interpersonal skills and work ethic, promoting a positive and productive attitude within the team
