About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled BOM Structure and Lean Methodologies Specialist to drive changes to product BOM structures through established processes for existing and new products. This role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, including R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Service, Marketing, Procurement, Quality, and Regulatory.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in managing product configuration and BOM structures through defined PDM processes, with a minimum of 12 years of project configuration management experience. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Bio-Medical Engineering is required. Experience in Medical domain is an added advantage.
