- End-to-End Video Production: Lead the process from ideation to execution including scripting, filming, editing oversight, and publishing.
- Project Management: Coordinate with editors, designers, voiceover artists, and other collaborators to ensure on-time high-quality video delivery.
- Video Optimization: Write clickbait titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
- Performance Analysis: Track video metrics and retention analytics. Make data-backed decisions to improve future content.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in video content creation or digital storytelling preferably for YouTube.
- Strong scriptwriting and storytelling skills.
- Deep understanding of YouTube's algorithm SEO analytics and audience psychology.
- Hands-on experience with video production camera work editing knowledge lighting audio is a plus.
- Familiarity with tools like YouTube Studio Adobe Premiere Final Cut Pro Notion Frame.io etc.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced collaborative and iterative environment.
