Job Title: Oracle HCM Implementation Professional

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead the configuration and deployment of Oracle Cloud HCM benefits processes. This role is critical to ensuring seamless integration, compliance with regulatory requirements, and an optimized employee experience.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration. They must be able to translate business needs into technical solutions and provide exceptional communication and project management skills.

This position requires a proven track record of implementing benefits modules within Oracle Cloud HCM. The candidate should have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Oracle Cloud HCM benefits module based on business requirements
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and external vendors to gather requirements and design solutions
  • Perform system testing, validation, and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Develop documentation, training materials, and support resources for end users
  • Ensure compliance with benefits regulations and company policies
  • Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically the benefits module
  • Strong understanding of benefits administration, eligibility rules, and plan configuration
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Oracle certification preferred but not required
