HCM Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled HCM consultant to support our existing configuration, maintenance, and enhancement of the Benefits module.
The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between HR business needs and technical capabilities, ensuring seamless delivery of benefits processes and integrations in addition to having intermediary skills for other HCM modules (Core HR, Goal & Performance, Compensation).
Key Responsibilities- Modify/Configure and maintain Benefits plans, programs, rates, and eligibility profiles
- Support Open Enrollment and Life Event processing
- Develop and troubleshoot Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and HDL data loads
- Build and maintain BI Publisher reports and OTBI dashboards
- Collaborate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate data flow and compliance
- Manage Oracle SRs and coordinate with Oracle support for issue resolution
- Conduct functional and regression testing during upgrades and deployments
- Document configurations, processes, and change requests
As an experienced HCM professional, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining complex Benefit solutions. This includes working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs.
