As a Generative AI Expert, you will play a key role in designing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI solutions that drive business growth and enhance customer experiences.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and Optimize Generative Models: Design, implement, and optimize generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs) for various applications, ensuring high-quality output and relevance.
  2. Research and Stay Up-to-Date: Conduct research on the latest advancements in generative AI and deep learning, staying current with industry trends and developments.
  3. Collaborate and Communicate: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging generative AI, effectively communicating complex ideas and strategies.
  4. Analyze and Improve: Analyze model performance and user data to refine prompt strategies, ensuring optimal results and continuous improvement.
  5. Document and Train: Create and maintain documentation for algorithms, methodologies, and processes, providing training and support to internal teams on generative AI technologies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
  • 6-8 years of experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative models and prompt engineering.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
  • Experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and libraries.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical analysis.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills to articulate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) or computer vision (CV) applications.
  • Contributions to open source projects or published research in generative AI.
