We are seeking a skilled Account Manager/Group Head to lead our Programmatic Buying efforts in Mumbai, Bangalore or Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have 2-8 years of experience and a proven track record in building digital marketing roadmaps and proposals for clients.

Responsibilities include:

  • Basing campaign strategies on DV360 data to drive awareness and acquisition
  • Optimizing App Campaigns on DV360 for reach/install/conversion, while linking App Analytics platforms for seamless tracking
  • Creating ad tags and floodlight tags in CM/DV360 for conversion tracking and audience integration
  • Collaborating with internal teams to implement tracking mechanisms and ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Managing client accounts for display, TrueView, video, and search campaigns on DV360/CM/Google Ads, structuring campaigns, IOs, Line Items, and Ad Groups
  • Monitoring account performance daily and monthly, identifying areas for optimization and implementing strategies to improve budget caps, campaign pacing, lost bidding, impression share, and other key metrics
  • Supporting creative design teams with ideas for copy and graphical ad templates, including VAST, Rich Media, HTML5, and static display creatives
  • Communicating with clients and stakeholders to ensure campaign achievements align with predefined goals
  • Auditing advertising accounts to identify gaps in targeting and structure, planning, executing, and managing programmatic campaigns to drive performance across digital channels

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on performance-based campaigns and leverage your expertise in Programmatic Buying, DV360, and Google Campaign Manager to drive business growth and results.

To succeed in this position, you must possess:

  • Strong knowledge of Programmatic Buying principles and best practices (Intermediate level)
  • Experience working with DV360, with certification a plus
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions to optimize campaign performance
