We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Accounts Payable Specialist to join our dynamic team at EPL Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Accounts Payable function in a shared services role.
Key Responsibilities- AP Cycle Management: Manage the entire AP cycle, from invoice receipt to payment processing and reconciliation.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide monthly bank stock statements, open line item reviews, and data for monthly finance reviews.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal controls, IND AS standards, and other relevant accounting laws.
- Audit Support: Support statutory, internal, and IFC audits, ensuring timely closure with minimal observations.
- Team Leadership: Should be able to handle a team size of 3-4 persons.
- Qualifications: MBA (Finance) or equivalent accounting qualification.
- Experience: 5-7 years of experience in finance (or 3-4 years for MBA-qualified candidates).
- Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
