Asst Manager

At Mahindra Rise, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asst Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Product Warranty team and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.

• Reduce R per and CPU for 3MIS and CPU to minimize warranty failures
• Implement a structured concern resolution process to resolve Top MIS concerns
• Ensure timely concern resolution for Sev 10-9 issues and less than Sev 8 issues
• Establish a PVT system at the Plant and build competencies for PVT members
• Mentor and coach PVT members to ensure their growth and development
• Provide feedback to senior management on warranty performance and escalate issues as needed
• Lead the PVT team and interact with Customer care, R&D, manufacturing, and project teams
• Deploy new learnings to new projects and ensure the team is equipped with the latest knowledge
• Develop and implement an IQS reduction plan

• Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical or Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical
• 08 to 10 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong leadership and technical skills
