We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to young minds. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support to children and their families.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program, a valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India, and experience working with children with various developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of need and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
  • Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop and implement home programs and provide education and training on therapeutic techniques.
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and other relevant information.
