Job Title:
Senior Test Engineer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Test Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and executing test strategies to validate cutting-edge features of our AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and validate AI-driven conversational features, generative content, and social engagement workflows.
  • Design, maintain, and execute manual test cases for Web, iOS, and Android platforms.
  • Ensure comprehensive end-to-end test coverage for dynamic, real-time, and multi-platform applications.
  • Log, track, and verify defects, coordinating with development teams for resolution.
  • Maintain regression test suites to validate frequent updates and evolving AI-driven features.
  • Review test results, investigate failures, and contribute to Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience testing AI-enabled, user-facing, large-scale applications.
  • Expertise in Web, iOS, and Android testing.
  • Excellent understanding of test methodologies, defect lifecycle, and test documentation.
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools.

Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Appium.
