Software Quality Assurance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Software Quality Assurance Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and be able to analyze component requirements, design software solutions, and implement software systems on mobile and cloud platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, documenting, and executing test procedures in JIRA and Zephyr, coordinating project deliverables, testing of product requirements, and managing production support issues.

  • Designing and executing test procedures to ensure high-quality software products
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
  • Providing regular status updates to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with software developers, project managers, and quality teams to identify and resolve technical issues
  • Developing and maintaining automated software component tests and test frameworks

This role requires a bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or an engineering discipline with computer science experience. Additionally, 5-7 years of experience in software quality assurance is preferred. Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills are essential for this position. Experience with end-to-end testing, C#, SQL, and web technologies is also desirable.
