Job Title: Senior Tech Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and lead the development of scalable, reusable and performant Salesforce solutions using Lightning Web Components (LWC) integrated with OmniStudio.
  • Lead the development of Salesforce OmniStudio solutions, including Integration Procedures, DataRaptors and OmniScripts.
  • Provide technical leadership to development teams, conducting code reviews and enforcing best practices for application development.
  • Collaborate with architects, business analysts and stakeholders to define and validate solution architecture for Vlocity implementations.
  • Ensure adherence to Salesforce development standards, including version control, automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience working with Vlocity technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity Data Raptors, Vlocity cards, Vlocity integration procedures and lightning web components.
  • Vlocity certified professional with in-depth knowledge of Vlocity features and functionality.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
