**Job Description**

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform White Glove provisioning tasks for newly provisioned multi-tenant production customer tenants. This involves working with various teams to address technical issues encountered.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing post-provisioning tasks per the documented Cloudsuite guidelines, identifying and reporting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
  • 1-3 years of experience in software engineering, product development, cloud technology, or other software-related positions
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and/or equivalent experience
  • Ability to quickly learn various aspects of wide-ranging products
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English
