Lead Creative Visionary for Large-Scale Video Production

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Art Director to lead the creative vision of a large-scale video production project across multiple studios. This individual will be responsible for defining and maintaining the visual identity, style, and tone of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and Maintain Visual Identity Develop a clear understanding of the project's visual identity, style, and tone, and ensure consistency throughout all aspects of the production.
  • Oversee Daily Creative Output Collaborate with directors, producers, and cinematographers to bring concepts to life, and oversee daily creative output across multiple studios to ensure quality and brand alignment.
  • Develop Playbooks and Workflows Create playbooks, guidelines, and workflows for scalable video production, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams Work closely with directors, producers, and cinematographers to develop concepts, shoot footage, and edit content, while also leading and mentoring large design/production teams to ensure creative excellence.
  • Balance Artistic Direction with Operational Efficiency Balance artistic direction with timelines, budgets, and high-volume execution, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 Years of Experience In art direction for film, ads, or large video productions, with a proven track record of success in leading creative teams and delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong Portfolio A strong portfolio showcasing branded content and e-commerce video work, demonstrating expertise in art direction and creative leadership.
  • Proven Leadership Skills Exceptional leadership, collaboration, and storytelling skills, with the ability to manage multi-studio/multi-location operations and inspire creativity in team members.
  • Expertise in Balancing Creativity with Operations The ability to balance creative ambition with operational efficiency, ensuring that the project is completed on time and within budget.
