Cyber Security Enterprise Sales Director

At our organization, we are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Sales Manager to spearhead our enterprise and B2B sales initiatives. The successful candidate will have extensive expertise in cybersecurity sales, solution consulting, and client relationship management with a strong network across industries.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth in Cyber Security solutions & services. This will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, Risk Managers, and other decision-makers across industries.
Key responsibilities include managing the complete sales lifecycle – prospecting, lead generation, consultative selling, solution mapping, negotiation, and closure. Collaboration with pre-sales and technical teams is also required to design and present customized security solutions to clients.
Achieving quarterly and annual revenue targets while maintaining strong client satisfaction is paramount. Staying updated on emerging cyber threats, compliance requirements, and market trends to position our offerings effectively is essential. Representing the company at industry events, forums, and client workshops is also an important aspect of this role.
- 8+ years of B2B/Enterprise Sales experience with at least 5 years in Cyber Security or IT Security domain.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity services and solutions (SOC, SIEM, VAPT, GRC, Threat Intelligence, Compliance frameworks, Cloud Security, etc.).
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets and driving business growth.
- Established network of senior-level contacts in BFSI, Healthcare, Manufacturing, IT/ITES, and other sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to translate technical security concepts into business value propositions.
