Cyber Security Sales Director

As a seasoned Business Director, you will spearhead our Cyber Security sales initiatives and foster strategic partnerships with key decision-makers. With a strong track record of selling high-value Cyber Security consulting and well-versed in strategic selling in services like Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing (VAPT), Managed Security Operations Center (Managed SoC), Managed Services, Cloud solutions, and Cloud Security Consulting, you will identify, qualify, and develop growth opportunities with existing and new clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and develop account leads and sales strategies.
- Deliver sales from prospecting to pipeline management to negotiating a final agreement.
- Expertly present our Cyber Security Solutions and its value proposition.
- Understand sales revenue cycles and buying behavior.
- Meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Develop a portfolio of business and manage individual revenue and performance goals.
Besides these core responsibilities, you will also be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to Cyber Security. This includes attending conferences, seminars, and workshops, as well as participating in online forums and discussions. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure seamless alignment and effective communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Cyber Security space.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively to non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with Cyber Security solutions and services, including VAPT, Managed SoC, Managed Services, Cloud solutions, and Cloud Security Consulting.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet sales targets.
