Job Title

Are you looking for a challenging role that combines technical skills with business acumen? Do you have experience in integrating seller content onto the Amazon platform?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to join our team as an Integration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for integrating seller content onto the Amazon platform using standard item creation templates.

  • In this role, you will collaborate with Business Teams across the globe to ensure seamless integration of seller content.
  • You will correct and enhance existing product content on high-visibility products that display poor content.
  • Work closely with sellers to gather requirements and develop tools and processes to simplify seller-integration with Amazon.
  • Partner with the Onboarding team to gain knowledge in complex integration tools and support their implementation.

A day in the life of this role involves working with sellers to provide them with data on their products and guiding them through filling out product creation files according to Amazon's content creation guidelines.

This process can be a significant point of friction for sellers, which we aim to alleviate by creating product creation files on behalf of the sellers.

About the Team

The Emerging Stores SX team oversees the self-serve process of listings in our stores. We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated professional to help create data-backed insights.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interfacing with technology systems, analyzing data, and gathering actionable conclusions. They must also be adept at handling ambiguous, new, and challenging situations in a rapidly changing environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Fluent English language skills (speaking, writing, reading).
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
  • At least 2 years of corporate experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1+ years of data analytics or automation experience.
