We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant to support our Men's Buying Team in maintaining a balanced and fashionable merchandise assortment.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences.

This role involves collaborating with the Buying Manager to identify opportunities for growth and optimizing product offerings to meet customer needs.

  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform buying decisions and improve product offerings.\
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth and revenue.\
  • Contribute to the development of visual merchandising displays and store layouts to enhance the shopping experience.\
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions.\
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.\
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to negotiate deals and secure preferred pricing.\
  • Support the Buying Manager in preparing presentations, reports, and other materials to communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders.\
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in areas such as buying, merchandising, and visual merchandising.\
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing campaigns and promotional materials to drive sales and engagement.\
  • Help manage budgets and financial planning to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize returns on investment.\
  • Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.\
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of employee performance, training, and development.\
