Job Description:

USA Tax Gurus is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join their team as a Business Tax Manager. As a key member of the tax team, you will be responsible for reviewing and signing tax returns, providing tax planning advice, reviewing financials, bookkeeping, developing processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training junior employees.

  • Prepare and sign tax returns for partnerships, corporations, and other entities, including forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 5471, 5472, and others.
  • Stay updated on the latest tax laws, regulations, and filing requirements.
  • Conduct comprehensive tax research and analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
  • Demonstrated experience in preparing and signing various tax forms, including 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 5471, 5472, 1042-S, 8832, FBAR, 1116, 8621, 8938.
  • Strong knowledge of business tax regulations, laws, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in tax planning and advisory services.
  • Experience with bookkeeping tasks and financial reporting.
  • Ability to onboard and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes and SOPs.
  • Ability to effectively teach and mentor junior employees.
