USA IT Staffing Business Development Executive

Our organization is seeking an experienced business leader to drive growth in the USA market. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in staffing and recruitment, with a proven track record of success in selling IT services.
About the RoleWe are looking for a seasoned executive who can work collaboratively with our management team to define sales strategies and engage targets. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to build strong relationships with clients, and deliver customized staffing solutions through consultative sales approaches.
The key responsibilities of this role include:
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
- Building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers
- Researching and presenting company services to new clients
- Penetrating new business through targeted marketing efforts
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a staffing, corporate recruiting or professional sales environment
- Proven experience with B2B cold calls, securing accounts, and account management
- A strong work ethic and sense of commitment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including knowledge of ATS systems
