Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary:

We seek a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to perform manual and automation testing, develop test cases, and collaborate with development teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform thorough manual and automation testing to ensure product quality and functionality.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test cases, plans, and scripts.
  • Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing to identify and track bugs.
  • Collaborate closely with development teams to align on requirements and fixes, ensuring seamless project execution.
  • Work effectively with Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and contribute to automation testing efforts.
  • Validate networking-related features and ensure compliance with ITIL/ITSM standards.
  • Analyze logs, support root cause analysis, and provide recommendations for process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in QA, preferably in ITSM or networking products.
  • Strong understanding of manual testing, bug tracking, and agile methodologies.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, SQL, and performance testing tools like JMeter.
  • Familiarity with tools like Selenium, Postman, and Appium is a plus.
  • Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, and SNMP.
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and scripting in Python, Java, or JavaScript.
