Job Title: Glass Manufacturing Professional

The Saint-Gobain India Pvt Ltd – Glass Business's Jhagadia Float Glass manufacturing unit is a strategic investment with the acquisition of Ms. Sejal Architectural Glass in 2011.

Located in Central Gujarat, the state-of-the-art float glass plant covers an area of 150 acres and produces 550 MT of clear glass per day with less than 650 ppm of Iron.

The campus features a uniquely positioned sand beneficiation plant and has set a benchmark for quality within India and globally.

The site has attracted future investments from Saint-Gobain in India over a decade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Finished Goods, specifically Warehouse and Dispatch operations.
  • Ensure receipt accuracy from Float and maintain Safety & 5S standards in warehouse bays.
  • Oversee storage and Serviceability in warehouse bays.
  • Verify traceability and retrievability of material.
  • Conduct bay audits and report results.
  • Maintain inventory levels.
  • Knowledgeable about Forklift operations and EOT procedures.
  • Familiar with space optimization, consumables management.
  • Inventory management expert.
  • Aware of warehouse activities.
  • Audits Cycle Management.
  • Material Storage specialist.
  • Accurate inward and invoice processing.
  • Location accuracies ensured.
  • Responsible for Loading activities.
  • Internal/External Customer interactions.
  • Task-oriented Manpower management.
  • Emergency handling and Crisis management.
  • Effective problem-solving attitude.
  • Planning and coordination skills.

Required Qualifications:

  • Diploma in Engineering (Any stream) with Good Academic record.
