What You'll Do:

  • Plan & Host Fun Activities:
    • Organize events of all sizes – small gatherings to large-scale activities.
    • Maintain high energy levels and ensure everyone feels included.
  • Connect with Guests:
    • Interact with travelers, understand their preferences, and gather feedback.
    • Be approachable and friendly so guests see you as their go-to person.
  • Be Creative:
    • Come up with fresh ideas to keep our event calendar exciting.
    • Make each guest's stay memorable through unique activities and surprises.
  • Collaborate:
    • Work closely with team members, local artists, and vendors to run smooth events.
    • Share stories, photos, and videos from events to inspire future guests.
  • Track & Improve:
    • Notice which events guests enjoy most.
    • Use feedback to make things better every time.

What You'll Need:

A bachelor's degree (Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or similar) and some experience in hosting events, working in hospitality, or community engagement.

Good communication skills and basic knowledge of tools like MS Office.
