Backend Developer Position

We are seeking a skilled Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Node.js and TypeScript, designing and developing robust backend services.

The role involves working on the backend of our services, utilizing Node.js and TypeScript to create high-performance applications. We are looking for a developer who can design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend services.

The successful candidate will work closely with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration and user experience. They will also be responsible for setting up monitoring tools like Prometheus and Grafana to track service health and logs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, and maintaining backend services using Node.js and TypeScript
  • Implementing and maintaining a microservices-based architecture with a focus on performance and scalability
  • Built and integrating APIs using technologies like RestAPIs, Protobuf, gRPC, WebSockets, or GraphQL
  • Utilizing Docker to manage containerized services and ensure smooth deployment processes
  • Working with messaging systems such as Apache Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS for asynchronous processing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience of 3+ years in backend development with Node.js and TypeScript
  • Hands-on experience in microservices architecture
  • Proficiency in using Docker for containerization
  • Knowledge of at least three API protocols: RestAPIs, Protobuf, gRPC, WebSockets, or GraphQL
  • Experience with message brokers like Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Amazon SQS
