Senior Growth Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

Seeking an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Specialist to drive customer acquisition through referral programs, leveraging data-driven strategies and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

This role will be part of the organic growth marketing team and report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale the largest channel of new customer acquisitions, optimizing cost efficiency.
  • Develop and execute evidence-based strategies for referral programs, enhancing their performance through experimentation and A/B testing.
  • Ensure seamless app experiences for referrals, collaborating closely with product, tech, and creative teams.
  • Monitor and analyze metrics to improve conversion rates and reduce customer acquisition costs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to maintain a competitive edge in referral programs.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement multi-channel communication plans (email, in-app, push, WhatsApp) to boost awareness, engagement, and click-through rates.
  • Create and optimize nurturing journeys through the funnel to enhance lead generation, referrals, and reviews.
  • Analyze customer behavior and data to refine app flows and improve engagement and conversions.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in large-scale growth operations with a focus on referrals.
  • Proven track record of managing budgets and driving growth performance in referral programs.
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience with marketing automation platforms (Clevertap, WebEngage, MoEngage) and messaging platforms (Gupshup, Kaleyra).
  • Passion for extracting customer insights, strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and data reporting skills.
