Marketing Executive Job Description

As a Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our products, increase brand awareness, and drive sales.

  • Assist in creating and implementing B2B marketing campaigns to support company goals.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
  • Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across email, social media, and digital platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, suggesting improvements where needed.
  • Work with external vendors, agencies, and contractors to support campaign delivery.
  • Maintain CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) to support lead management and reporting.
  • Stay up-to-date on new marketing tools, platforms, and trends to improve effectiveness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to account-based marketing is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.
  • Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals including SEO and SEM.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
