We are seeking a skilled customer service professional to provide exceptional support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone with empathy and professionalism
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including complaints and feedback
- Meet or exceed performance targets and quality metrics by providing consistent high-quality support
Requirements:
- Minimum 1.5 years of experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in an international voice process environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate solutions clearly and concisely
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Flexibility to work night shifts, as required
