Accounts Receivable Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with expertise in accounts receivable processes including billing, collections, and dispute resolution.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the Order to Cash process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reviewing client contracts to prevent any discrepancies in invoicing.
In addition, the successful candidate will proactively identify and resolve issues such as billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations, and communicate with clients via email and phone for collection of overdue payments.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage the Order to Cash process, including billing, collections, and dispute resolution
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing as per SLAs
- Review client contracts to prevent any discrepancies in invoicing
- Proactively identify and resolve issues such as billing errors, late payments, and AR reconciliations
- Communicate with clients via email and phone for collection of overdue payments
- Record customer feedback and facilitate prompt resolution
The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Tax) for timely issue resolution, ensuring achievement of team Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and individual deliverables, and monitoring and managing collections in line with contract TATs.
A Graduate in Commerce or equivalent qualification is required, along with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel. Experience in e-invoicing, GST, TDS, and GST-TDS compliance is also desirable.
