Job Title: Investment Banking Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Investment Banking Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in driving process improvements and capacity building for our client partners.

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth functional knowledge of trade settlements, cash settlements, commodity settlements, loan syndication, billing, and brokerage. You should also have strong business understanding of the finance industry with special focus on capital markets and derivatives.

  • Establish strong relationships with clients through effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Escalate issues promptly to internal managers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and maintain domain expertise to lead from the front.
  • Contribute to knowledge management by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the team.

As an Investment Banking Specialist, you will have opportunities to work with a dynamic company, utilizing frameworks and tools to audit processes, implement best practices, and drive process improvements. A minimum of 6 to 10 years of experience in handling a team of at least 25 members is required. Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently handle clients and client calls to establish a valued partnership.

• Build domain expertise and lead from the front.

• Help knowledge management endeavors by sharing process knowledge and best practices within the teams.

• Escalate issues to client and internal managers to bring issues to their attention in a short span of time to avoid client escalation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in handling a team of at least 25 members.
  • Strong business understanding of the finance industry with special focus on capital markets and derivatives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to lead from the front and develop domain expertise.
  • Knowledge of offshoring processes and methodologies is highly desirable.
