We are seeking a seasoned Cyber Security Specialist to lead our team's cyber resilience efforts. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, business continuity, IT disaster recovery (IT DR), and incident response.

Cybersecurity Frameworks:

  • NIST 800.53
  • ISO 27001

Business Continuity Management:

  • Implementing, managing, and auditing an ISO-22301 BCMS
  • Developing solutions across industries and clients
  • Advising on transforming business continuity and disaster recovery solutions
  • Performing BIA and RA for client processes
  • Knowledge of IT DR & Cloud DR
  • Implementing BCM, ITDR, and Cyber Security frameworks
  • Designing and implementing BCM automation solutions

Resilience:

  • Understanding of cyber resilience concepts
  • Good understanding of cyber threats and controls
  • Understanding of operational, technical, and cyber resilience technology solutions
  • Advising on technical architecture, data resilience, testing, and failover automation activities

Business Development:

  • Actively promoting and participating in business development and sales activities

Engagement Management:

  • Managing the engagement lifecycle
  • Team management
  • SUPPORTING AND PROMOTING TEAM DEVELOPMENT
  • Lead a team of consultants on engagements

Additional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge in implementing, managing, and auditing an ISO-22301 BCMS
  • CBCP, CBCI, ISO22301/ISO27001 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor certification considered a plus
  • Knowledge of IT Disaster Recovery concepts. Cloud knowledge would be advantageous
  • Appreciation and knowledge of cyber resilience concepts including network resilience, communication backup etc.
  • Knowledge of basic data center architectures/designs/components
  • Understanding of various aspects of technology resilience – design and process aspects
  • BASIC UNDERSTANDING OF DATA BACKUP, RECOVERY ETC.
