Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to provide technical assistance (SQL Server) to the Operations team regarding any issues faced by users related to our web application. This role involves resolving technical problems and collaborating with the Software Development team as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and resolve them promptly.
  • Escalate complex issues to the Software Development team along with case details.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team and Software Development team as required.
  • Work in US shift timings, 5 PM to 5 AM window, for 9 hours.
  • Sign a Service Agreement for the duration of employment.

Requirements:

  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries.
  • Knowledge of stored procedures, triggers, and functions.
  • Ability to work on aggressive timelines.
  • Good communication skills to interact with clients directly.
  • Proactive and self-motivated individual.

Preferred Location: Noida/Greater Noida or willing to relocate there.
