Lead Growth Marketer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced growth marketer to drive the launch and scale of our SaaS products in the US fintech industry.

  • Develop go-to-market strategies for launching new fintech SaaS products in the US market, focusing on digital communities, partnerships, and unconventional distribution tactics.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic planning and tactical execution, as well as hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive traction through engagement campaigns in micro-communities such as IndieHackers, HackerNews, fintech subreddits, AngelList forums, SaaS/affiliate networks.
  • Set up and scale referral and affiliate programs to incentivize early adoption.
  • Build distribution partnerships with accelerators, fintech incubators, affiliate marketers, and B2B SaaS tool ecosystems.
  • Identify and leverage co-marketing opportunities with complementary startups and service providers.
  • Rapidly test acquisition channels and double down on those that prove cost-efficient.
  • Track and optimize conversion across acquisition, activation, retention, and referral.

The successful candidate will possess a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and excellent storytelling abilities. They will be able to shape positioning and messaging to resonate with early adopters, founders, and finance leaders.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of growth marketing experience with a proven track record in launching and scaling SaaS/fintech products, particularly in the US market.
  • Hands-on experience with distribution tactics via Reddit, Twitter, Discord, startup forums, affiliate forums, and community networks.
  • Strong understanding of US market go-to-market strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Past experience in launching and scaling SaaS or fintech products, with a focus on the US market.
  • Network in fintech, SaaS, and US startup communities.
  • Ability to influence product roadmap with user and partner feedback.
