Job Description:
  • Establish a clear roadmap for directory services, aligning with the defined identity and access management strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, build capabilities, and migrate from legacy identity systems.
  • Oversee global Active Directory product management and prioritize the backlog.
  • Assist in developing and implementing a rigorous global process to ensure robust and timely access management.
  • Standardize configuration across all deployments, adhering to best practices.
  • Contribute to migration efforts from legacy on-prem directory services as required.
  • Work with Information Security teams to maximize policy and solution security, providing support for ongoing remediations or investigations.
  • Manage the global product lifecycle, aligned to the architecture roadmap informed by product, user, and data insights.
  • Pursue automation and instrumentation of the development lifecycle for OKTA products, aligning with SRE principles.
  • Liaise with Product Manager counterparts to ideate and coordinate common processes and standards.
  • Drive adoption of secure-by-design, DevOps engineering, and agile practices as defined by Platforms and Transformation CoPs.
  • Engage with engineering communities to optimize ways of working with this product.
  • Support innovation and horizon scanning for strategic and emerging technologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Product management expertise
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Expert-level knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, Adaxes, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy, MIM
  • Experience working in complex, global environments
  • Problem and Service Management skills
  • Ability to work with Third-Party suppliers
