Directory Services Analyst

This is a highly specialized role requiring exceptional skills in Directory Services. As a Directory Services Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of on-prem and cloud-based directory services, ensuring seamless integration and collaboration across global teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the vision for on-prem directory services, aligning with the defined IDAM strategy.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to define requirements, build capability, and migrate from legacy identity systems.
  • Global Active Directory product management and prioritization of backlog.
  • Develop and implement a rigorous global JML process to ensure robust and timely access management.
  • Standardize configuration across all deployments, aligned to best practice.
  • Participate in and provide assistance to teams to drive migration from legacy on-prem directory services.
  • Work with Information Security teams to maximize security of policies and solutions and provide support for ongoing remediations or investigations.
  • Global product lifecycle management, aligned to the Architecture roadmap informed by product, user, and data insights.
  • Drive maximum possible level of automation and instrumentation of the development lifecycle for OKTA products and align to SRE principles.
  • Liaise with other Product Manager counterparts to ideate and coordinate common processes and standards.

Requirements:

  • Expert-level knowledge of AD/LDAP, AAD, AADC, Adaxes, SCCM, Citrix, Okta, Group Policy, MIM.
  • Experience working in global, highly complex environments.
  • Problem and Service Management.
  • Working with Third-Party suppliers.
