About Quality Assurance Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Engineer to join our team at our client site in Navi Mumbai.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automated).

Responsibilities include identifying, documenting, and tracking bugs and issues using tracking tools like JIRA and Bugzilla. They will also develop testing documents such as STD, STR, SDD, and SRS.

Additionally, the QA Engineer will perform regression, functional, integration, performance, and usability testing. They will setup and maintain automation frameworks for continuous testing and CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience 3–5 years as a QA Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, and JUnit.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language - Java, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems like Git and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure adequate coverage and control.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Experience with API testing using Postman and RestAssured.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter and LoadRunner.
  • Exposure to cloud environments AWS, Azure, GCP, and containerized applications Docker and Kubernetes.
  • B.E / B.tech / MCA degree.
  • Certification in QA testing will be an advantage.
