Database Administrator Golden Gate

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator with extensive experience in Oracle RAC and GoldenGate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, implementing, and supporting complex database architectures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and support GoldenGate configurations for high-availability and disaster recovery environments
  • Configure and manage GoldenGate adapters, connectors, and miners to ensure seamless data replication
  • Develop and maintain GoldenGate setups for large-scale Oracle databases, including HA and MAA configurations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve errors in GoldenGate active-active replication environments
  • Perform upgrades, replication, migration, and restarts without data loss using RMAN and datapump tools
  • Optimize GoldenGate performance and database tuning for improved efficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement database solutions that meet business requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience with Oracle RAC and GoldenGate
  • Strong knowledge of database architecture, design, and implementation
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., SQL, PL/SQL)
  • Familiarity with Oracle Enterprise Manager and GoldenGate Studio
  • Experience with cloud-based infrastructure and services (e.g., Oracle Cloud)
  • Knowledge of data integration platforms and technologies
