Job Description

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join our team as a CPU Performance Manager/Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers in the development and implementation of high-performance processor solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer architecture, with expertise in micro-architecture testing and performance correlation. They will also have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the team in the development and implementation of high-performance processor solutions.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project goals and objectives.
  • Developing and implementing test plans and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Required qualifications include:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in processor/ASIC performance correlation and micro-architecture testing.
  • Strong programming skills in C, C++, Perl, Python, and assembly language.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred experience includes:

  • Experience with Verilog and digital design.
  • Knowledge of application performance analysis and debugging techniques.
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
