**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to head our Data and AI practice.

The successful candidate will lead a team of professionals in delivering innovative data science solutions that drive business growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing a team, fostering a collaborative and productive environment
  • Providing technical guidance and leadership in the development of embedded software and validation projects
  • Mentoring team members, providing support and knowledge sharing

**Job Description:**

The Data and AI Practice within our organization comprises of distinctive sub-practices with global P&L responsibilities. Our team delivers AI/ML services and software platform development on MLOps, responsible AI, and GTM forays for our clients. We are a delivery unit for GenAI program house, focusing on GenAI-based engineering efficiency, customer experience, and engineering design topics across multi-market engineering units.

We offer AI/ML solutions to global clientele in a service-delivery model, covering areas such as AI/ML, GenAI, MLOps, responsible AI, Gen AI for engineering, hyper automation, conversational AI, and agentic AI. Our data engineering offerings bring in innovative end-to-end business solutions using advanced data science techniques, unlocking previously unknown but meaningful business relationships that allow clients to significantly improve profitability through more informed insights.
