We are seeking an accomplished Accounts Manager to lead our accounting team. The ideal candidate will possess 5-8 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a strong proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis.

The successful Accounts Manager will be responsible for leading the accounting team in achieving accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and driving business growth through effective financial management. This role requires a high level of expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

In addition to their technical skills, the ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial markets and trends, as well as the ability to stay up-to-date with changes in regulatory requirements. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop creative solutions to drive business results.

The Accounts Manager will report directly to the Financial Director and will be responsible for managing a team of accountants, ensuring that they have the necessary training and resources to perform their duties effectively. They will also be responsible for developing and implementing financial policies and procedures, as well as monitoring and analyzing financial performance on a regular basis.
