The Role of a Software Developer is to Deliver Technology Contributions.

  • Deliver technology contributions that meet the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Work in an agile development environment where change is constant and ongoing improvement is essential.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and designs for low-level application implementation.
  • Develop high-quality, well-tested code through a collaborative approach with other team members.
  • Conduct full-scale unit testing to ensure that all components are working as expected.
  • Apply test-driven and behavior-driven development (TDD/BDD) QA concepts to deliver quality software products.
  • Apply continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) concepts to streamline the software delivery process.

  • Should be able to contribute independently as an individual contributor.
  • Should be able to execute his/her responsibility independently.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required.
  • Focus on self-planning activities and have strong communication skills.

Essential Skills:

  • Proficient in Java, Spring Boot, Python, and relational/non-relational databases.
  • Experience with container orchestration - Kubernetes, Docker.
  • Development experience in Linux environment.
  • Knowledge of modern SDLC tooling (Maven, Git).
  • Microservices design-oriented application development and deploying using Container orchestration in cloud environment.
  • Understanding CI/CD pipeline & related system development environment.

Nice-to-have Skills:

  • Front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Angular)
